Information you give us. If you send a reservation request through the form on this website, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, and email address; the type of stay you’re interested in (seasonal RV site, weekly RV site, or weekly cottage); the months you’re interested in; your camper’s length or type; the number of people and pets; and anything else you choose to tell us. We also keep notes from calls and emails you send us about a reservation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.

2. How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- respond to your reservation request and answer your questions;
- make, confirm, and manage reservations;
- contact prospective guests about availability, rates, and their stay; and
- keep this website working properly and securely.
We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not build marketing profiles about you.
3. Who we share it with
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website — for example, our web hosting and form-processing provider (Netlify) — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our guests, our staff, or our property.
4. Cookies and similar technologies

- No advertising or tracking cookies. This site does not use cookies to advertise to you or to follow you around the web.
- Remembering your choice. To honor your cookie choice, the site saves one small preference setting in your browser’s local storage. It contains no personal information, and it’s necessary for the site to remember what you picked.

We keep reservation inquiries and guest records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above — including managing your reservation, answering follow-up questions, and meeting any legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

- correct information that is wrong or out of date; or
- ask us to delete your information, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. For sensitive details, you’re always welcome to call us instead of using the form.
9. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults planning a stay. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
